#SendFlowerstoGreenwood

Poppy is honored to have had the opportunity to support The Wild Mother's #SendFlowerstoGreenwood initiative this past weekend in remembrance of 1921 Greenwood Massacre in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

We believe flowers can heal — that “Art is Medicine” — and it was truly beautiful to see florists from across the country come together to memorialize these horrific events. ⁠⁠

To support this initiative, the Poppy team matched dollar-for-dollar donations up to $1,000 for the Centennial Commemorative programs. We also donated flowers to create large-scale floral installations at important historic sites in the Greenwood District of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

This weekend was an outpouring of love, support, and respect from the florist community, and we’re honored to have been a part of it.
