After Covid-19 threw several curveballs at couple Lauren and Matt, they decided they didn’t want to wait any longer to get married.
They decided to plan a micro-wedding on a late spring day to celebrate their union, and although the wedding was postponed many times, the happy couple finally got the ceremony they wanted — a joyous occasion with their closest family and friends.
We sourced Lauren’s flowers from a sustainable, local farm in the North Bethesda area. The flowers themselves were beautiful and bright, and they echoed a joyous sentiment, as Lauren and Matt picked those colors to embrace happiness and positivity on their special day, despite all the chaos of the year behind them.
The ceremony was framed by a gorgeous arch covered in flowers, as well as the sun setting behind the mountains. The unique and colorful flowers, including peonies, billy balls, and ranunculus, reflected the joy of their event. Our team worked hard to help Lauren find springy and cheerful colors, and the end result included celebratory, bright pink, orange, and yellow flowers.
