Kyle and Jackson didn’t have the wedding they initially planned with their micro-ceremony last September. But now, with the world opening back up, the pair wanted to fully celebrate the way they originally intended to--with all of the people they couldn’t have at their micro-wedding.
Planning a wedding in a pandemic was incredibly stressful, so Kyle and Jackson decided to avoid that same stress when planning their upcoming wedding celebration. Unlike a traditional wedding, they didn’t want this event to have major expectations or pressure. Instead, Kyle and Jackson decided to host the most fun part of a wedding: the party!
The party will be on the one-year anniversary of their micro-wedding, and will also celebrate 10 years of the couple being together. The party playlist will be full of 2011 throwbacks to thrust everybody back in time to the start of Kyle and Jackson’s relationship.
Kyle wants the party to feel like a rave, drawing inspirations from words like rainbow, iridescent, holographic, fun, youthful, and crazy. She excitedly shared that she’ll be wearing an iridescent, sequined outfit to fit the theme.
When we asked what she was most excited about, Kyle explained that she can’t wait to spend quality time with all of her closest friends, and celebrate an event where the only expectation is to have fun.
Poppy will be decorating the house with both dried and fresh flowers with lots of color. Kyle wants the flowers to be loud and impactful to match the rave theme, and she is excited to tap into her creative side.
Their dog, Daisy, will also be in attendance again. Kyle promises to keep us updated on what she will be wearing!
