Anne Rodriguez

Anne joined Poppy as Chief Operating Officer in February 2025.

She is a global operations leader with a track record of scaling high-growth, mission-driven businesses in the U.S. and Latin America. Her work spans technology, e-commerce, consumer goods and nonprofits.

Before Poppy, Anne served as Head of Platform Initiatives at Guild Education and held senior operations and finance roles at Stantec (SVP, Operations & Finance) and Optoro (Senior Director, Business Operations), where she drove strategic initiatives to hit company financial targets. At Sefra in São Paulo, she led buying and merchandising for the Latin American region across Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and Mexico.

Anne holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she was an Arbuckle Leadership Fellow, and a BA in International Relations from Stanford University, with study abroad in Santiago and Florence. She is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

At Poppy, she oversees everything between a signed proposal and the wedding day: farm sourcing, designer matching, logistics and delivery.
