She first worked with flowers in 2012, as subjects for illustration and painting in her art classroom, and found she liked arranging them more than drawing them.

She started her own studio as a way to bring nature into city life, for herself and for her clients, and built it around sustainable practice. The teacher in her never left: her favorite part of the work is showing people something new about flowers and getting them curious.

Her signature is the unexpected pairing, a color or variety a couple would not have put together on their own. Her style is refined and romantic, with some of the wildness nature intended left in.
