“We might see baby’s breath on its own in a series of vases, whereas before it’d be one component in a mix,” says Rebecca.
In addition to their aesthetic appeal, minimalist floral arrangements also offer practical benefits for couples planning their weddings. They are often more affordable than elaborate floral displays and are easier to transport and set up on the day of the wedding.
“Minimalism is all about the process of reduction and getting rid of all of the extras. There have been many eras of minimalism going back to the 60s. ” says Rebecca, “Less is more.”
