How much do Poppy wedding flowers cost?

Poppy wedding flowers start at $1,750. Every proposal is customized to your venue, palette, priorities, and budget. Your total varies with the number, scale, and mix of arrangements and the wedding-day floral service required. Your proposal shows item-level prices so you can see what changes the total.

Do you work at my venue?

Poppy serves weddings in 80+ markets across the United States. Share your date and venue when you start. If Poppy can take your wedding, the Poppy team delivers your flowers and handles the setup included in your wedding-day floral service.

Will my flowers be shipped to me?

No. Poppy’s wedding-day team prepares your flowers, delivers them to your venue, and completes the setup included in your proposal. You do not receive boxes of flowers to arrange or install yourself.

What if I do not know exactly what flowers or style I want?

That is a normal place to start. Share colors, inspiration, priorities, and a rough budget. Your first proposal gives you something concrete to react to, and your Poppy designer can help refine the direction.

Can I change my proposal?

Yes. Your Poppy designer helps refine the details as your proposal takes shape. Any timing and payment milestones will be shown in your proposal and agreement.

What does wedding-day floral service include?

Wedding-day floral service covers the work required to bring your approved floral plan to life: wedding-week preparation and floral design, delivery, and on-site setup. Services are tailored to your venue and can include early bouquet and boutonniere delivery, ceremony-to-reception repurposing, and end-of-night breakdown.

What if a flower in my inspiration is not available?

Season, weather, and supply can affect exact varieties. Poppy designs toward the approved color family, shape, scale, and overall direction, using appropriate substitutions when a specific stem is not available.
